Al-Khazraji has graduated from Control and Systems Engineering Department at the University of Technology in 2006. He received his M.sc degree in 2010. He worked as Assistant Lecturer in the same department from 2010 to 2019. In 2014, He was granted a PhD scholarship. He was accepted in Central Queensland University in Australia as a PhD student in March 2015. He received his PhD degree in 2019. He received his scientific promotion to be a university Lecturer in 2019.
