On Thursday, the 11th of April 2019, the Control and Systems Engineering Department organized a graduate-student scientific visit to the General Company for Systems, which is one of the formations of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals. Under the supervision of Lect. Dr. Ahmed Mudheher Hasan and Lect. Dr. Zainab Sabah Mohammed Amean, 15 students participated in this visit, which included the delivery of three comprehensive and valuable theoretical lectures on the programmable logic controllers. In addition, a practical explanation of the devices and tools used for practical applications was given. In this context, the director of laboratories in the company welcomed this mutual cooperation and expressed his happiness to provide everything possible to promote the practical reality of students. In the end, the visit supervisors expressed their gratitude and appreciation to the laboratories management and all the employees in the company for their efforts to provide all the needs and to facilitate the success of this visit.
