The main objective of this thesis is to automatically regulate blood sugar for type 1 diabetes (T1DM) and avoid the risks of high blood sugar and hypoglycemia. the positive reaction control of the previous condition (BGC) (in the fasting phase while maintaining order in regulating the concentration of glucose in the blood, positive constant group (pis.) The system within PIS has two main advantages, the first is to prevent hypoglycemia, and the second is always positive. This study proved the results of the effectiveness of the controller designed to regulate blood sugar within normal limits all the time and under any circumstances
