The Seventh Scientific Exhibition for Robotics and Manufactured Devices

On Wednesday the 15th of May 2019, the Control and Systems Engineering Department held the comprehensive scientific exhibition for robotics and devices manufactured by students and academic members with a large number of contributions and products. This exhibition was the seventh in a series of exhibitions which were held for the last six years. The exhibition was attended by Prof. Dr. Amin Daway Thamir, President of the University, Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Sami Aboalnoon , Chairman of the Iraqi Engineers Association, Mr. Faleh Kadhem Zayer, a number of department heads, center managers, university employees, and other parties interested in this big activity adopted by the department every year. This event is arranged at the end of the study year to present the devices and robots manufactured inside the department by the students and the staff. The manufacturing process of each of these devices and robots starts at the beginning of the academic year. These devices, which are based on scientific and applied ideas, include undergraduate projects, postgraduate projects, and research projects for the academic staff members. This exhibition included scientific and applied products aimed at serving the community with the possibility of marketing them to ministries and relevant government institutions in order to utilize them in the service of our beloved country. In this regard, this exhibition was organized by a direct supervision from the Department Head Asst. Prof. Dr. Azad Raheem Kareem.
