Qamar Qasim Mohammed earned his M. Sc. in laser and optoelectronics Engineering from the Department of laser and optoelectronic Engineering at the AL –Nahrain University, Baghdad, Iraq in 2007. Qamar earned his bachelor’s degree in laser and optoelectronic engineering from college of engineering of al-nahrain university, Baghdad, Iraq in 2005. Qamar is a faculty member in the laser and optoelectronic Department at the University of Technology (UOT) since 2008 and then in Control and system Engineering Department. Her research interested focus on laser and optical engineering application. In 2019, Qamar started to finish a Ph.D. degree in laser engineering from university of technology.
