A discussing session was conducted to discuss a thesis to fulfill a master degree requirements in Control and Systems Engineering Department (Computer Engineering) for the student (Sajeda Shehatha Mahmood) on Tuesday the 17th of December 2019 and the thesis title was "Designing a System for Object Recognition, Tracking, and Behavior Analysis” The discussion committee consisted of the following members

3- Lecturer Dr. Ahmed Mudhir Hassan (Member)

4- Asst. Prof. Dr Laith Jasim Suaoud (Supervisor and Member)

In this work, the thesis presented creating two algorithms for surveillance systems depending on computers for vision purposes. The first algorithm used the classical methods of image processing, while the second one depends on the deep learning based artificial neural network. This session was attended by the scientific affairs deputy. We congratulate Sajeda and wish her all the success.
